Discerning Views and Insights: Voices of MIL Educators and Advocates is part of the 91°µÍøºÚÁÏ Digital Poster Series. The objectives of the project are:
- provide 91°µÍøºÚÁÏ members a platform to share their voices expressing their views and insights on the importance and need for MIL;
- increase interactions and engagements with and among 91°µÍøºÚÁÏ members; and
- create a digital poster to educate the learners on how they can apply MIL skills.
Two questions were given to the members, they have to choose which is appropriate for them:
- As a Media and Information Literacy educator and advocate, what advice would you give your former and current students about consuming and producing media content and information within the context of our present socio-political situation?
- As a librarian and Media and Information Literacy advocate, what message or advice would you like to share with the Filipino learners who are bombarded with information disorders which are amplified during this time of pandemic?
